Vegemite or marmite on toast, grilled cheese on top… if you love it, you know what I mean. So why not try the same combination with pan-fried gnocchi? Quick, easy, satisfying, comforting. Whether you air fry the gnocchi, or pan fry it like in this video - make sure you add a little dash of water, it stops the gnocchi from drying out too much and keeps it soft and moist.

Vegemite (or Marmite)
Parmesan or similar cheese
Oil
Tip: Be careful not to cook or burn the vegemite or marmite, the flavour changes and can become unpleasant. If you do the gnocchi in the air fryer, try adding a bit of butter or olive oil along with the vegemite and parmesan to help it coat the hot gnocchi.
