Hands down the best breakfast. The kick of the chilli and the freshness of the coriander, on a warm, buttered slice of bread. Perfect for a weekend brunch. if you don’t like chilli, leave it out… although what would be the point? The cream and cheese are optional but a wonderful addition.

Green chilli
Coriander
Turmeric
Salt
Oil
Cream (or milk, either optional)
Grated cheddar (optional)
Tips: Use the 'inside out' technique from my earlier video for a cheesy crust. If you don’t have fresh green chilli, just use a pinch of chilli powder or chilli flakes.
